
Be trained by an accredited female Australian weightlifting coach. There is no need to feel intimidated, as she teaches you correct alignment, technique and form. All we want is for you to lift, pull, press and squat with correct alignment and proper technique.

Our certified ASTON Kinetics © practitioner will assess your current posture for areas of weaknesses. To ensure that when you train with us, our team of women fitness experts understands what needs toning, and what needs lengthening.
We are specialists in our respective fields and as such we have obvious strengths and weaknesses. Below are groups of women that find us more beneficial than others. In essence, we don't interfere with the existing boot-camp mentality and TAFE qualified personal trainers paradigm. There is certainly a need for these types of programs, but what we offer is more mature and holistic approach to women's fitness and female personal training in Brisbane.
In essence, this could cover every woman out there! But we try not to. We do not cater well for the 20 year old Lorna Jane model. We find that you are yet to experience a whole array of services out there (such as boot-camps, park personal training, boxing, skipping, knee-bends, crappy gym memberships and bicep curls). Basically, all of the joy had gone from exercising and lifting weights had become a chore. Something had to change, and I came across Lisa on the internet. In our first session she explained how this wasn't necessary and how great results can be achieved in just 2 gym sessions a week. With her excellent instruction Lisa soon had me back at the gym focusing on improving performance and getting stronger. Although I admit that at first I did have doubts about the decreased volume of work, I am pleased to say that after 12 weeks I am stronger than I have ever been and can feel my body composition changing. I often receive comments at the gym on how heavy my weights are!
